Training Camps
"I was looking for a consistent exercise routine but I disliked gyms and I feared strident boot camps. I liked the idea of working outdoors and being in a class with other women. I also really like that the training camps get you moving in lots of different ways – cardio, yoga, stretching, boxing, strength, etc. The variety really keeps it interesting! I’m a busy working mom with
two kids and it’s not easy for me to find time in my day for exercise. I didn’t
have specific health or fitness goals in mind. I just wanted to find a
consistent routine that would get me in better shape. And it had to be fun or I
wouldn’t stick with it. Jen has a true passion for helping others get healthy
and I find her positive energy inspiring. I have worked with Jen for
more than one year and really enjoyed the training camps. I feel better about
my health and fitness and I like the mix of exercises that Jen has us doing so
that we never get bored. Jen has a way of encouraging us to go beyond our
comfort zones. Her support, praise, and humor keep all of us moving and having
fun. Gretchen Cheney Washington, DC |
